I visited this seller or the master. I have some questions about his work. But this is a man who does repairs. The first impression when he met me was as unfriendly as possible. I started to understand after I couldn't speak German. I'm a tourist. I wanted to fix a regular bike, but he made a clever tactic that he would take my bike and did not say the price initially. I explained to him that I needed to fix the bike as soon as possible. He brazenly took advantage of the situation when I brought the bike by taxi. He saw that I would not be able to refuse his request for a repair price. He came up with a price and asked for 300€. I've never seen such greedy and greedy people in my life!

What an amazing team. Not only job was done next day. They actually did more than agreed, fixed issues my bike had from day after being adjusted at official shop just for me. Guys in the shop are friendly, positive and welcoming! I ll be back Leute !

Very unpleasant service, we went several times for various small repairs and we were always VERY BADLY received. Especially when I went there with my children, the man looked at us very badly and spoke in a bad way. Don't go there, there are plenty of other repair stores in the area that are much nicer!

Amazing service, the people here take the time to help you clarify your needs. I came for a bike service and the turnaround time was very quick as well. Brought my bike in on Friday to swap the bottom bracket and it was done Monday morning, including a notification via text message for pickup. Would definitely come back again!

They are very friendly and efficient. They fixed my bike twice on the same day which usually doesn't happen often elsewhere. They also gave me tips about my bike which I really appreciate.

Exceptionally friendly and helpful. Each and every time I've been here there has been excellent service. Also appreciate the honesty regarding an old bike that they recommended not to repair.
