Expert advice, high-quality selection in all frame sizes, and quick and easy customization. I left the shop with a great new bike and the peace of mind that I would get immediate help if I had any problems. The owner is also a complete bike nerd in his private life—which is a very positive experience.

They offer a good selection of bicycle brands and provide competent and friendly advice. I've been having my bikes serviced there for quite some time now and am very satisfied. It's a unique bike shop that thankfully stands out from the many other well-known bike shops.

I can only agree with the one-star reviews, especially regarding the owner's manner. A question about a bicycle repair, which involved many new parts, was answered with: "They only repair the bicycles I purchased from them." Certainly, the profit margin and the effort involved in selling bicycles are significantly higher than in repairs.

When I politely asked for air for my flat tire, I was initially offered a floor pump for purchase. Upon further inquiry, the staff became increasingly snide, explaining that "air" was a service and that this service required me to have purchased the bike/tire there as "payment"... So, if, like me, you have a different understanding of service or helpfulness, you'll find a much better bike repair shop nearby.

Highly professional, cooperative, and genuine advice, not just a typical sales pitch. This is exactly what you want, and it's what sets them apart from the big retailers and chains… Thank you so much, highly recommended!

That bike shop is awful; those guys just want to make a sale… they offer absolutely no service. It's a good thing there are some really good bike shops in Berlin. I just wanted to pump up my tires and they sent me to another shop. They wouldn't even order spare parts for me. My advice: go to a different dealer. And let RSW go out of business. Cheers, Patrick

Expert advice in a calm, unobtrusive conversation. Personally, I really appreciate it when I'm not bombarded with text messages, but rather when my own questions are answered competently. I bought a beautiful bike that met my expectations. They offered a free initial check after two months. You can't complain, as the Berliners say, which is generally considered the highest praise 😉🖖

Last week, both of my rim brakes had become misadjusted and stopped working. I politely asked if I could borrow an Allen key to tighten them. Unfortunately, the salesperson refused and, commenting that it was very complicated, wouldn't sell me one either. They also said they only offered repairs for bikes purchased in their store. Never again. The next morning, I had both brakes fixed in just under 10 minutes.

Shockingly unfriendly service. I wanted to buy a bike (my first purchase) and asked the salesperson/owner if he could advise me. He replied that his time was valuable and that he would only advise me for a fee of €150, which he would then deduct from the purchase price of a bike if I bought one. He implied that after the consultation, I would just order online anyway. I was shocked by how unfriendly, listless, and rude he was. I will avoid this shop in the future.
