I can only recommend! I used to go to another bike chain repair shop but they kept on charging my insurance for unnecessary repairs until the insurance started charging me. And they also became rude. This repair shop is great. People are nice, things are done super fast and they seem to be honest. Will be back!

Very bad person ! The man with tatoo refused to help me with a problem on my wheelchair. I am desabled person, I was alone with my 2 young niece and easy to see we can't manage but he didn't want to have a look to help us... Fortunatly we found a nice man in other bicicle shop near and successed to repair...

After weeks of research, I finally found the bike I was looking for, the Giant Revolt 0 (2025 model). I discovered that Radwelt is an authorized Giant dealer in Berlin, and I’m so glad I went there. The staff at Radwelt genuinely understand customer service. They’re approachable, easy to talk to, and even up for a laugh, which made the whole experience of buying a (relatively expensive) bike feel relaxed and comfortable. At no point did I feel like they were just trying to make a sale; they really took the time to help me find the right bike for my needs. After the purchase, they walked me through how to properly bed the brakes, what to keep an eye on during the first few rides, and even included the first inspection for free after 100–200 km. Even though I live quite far from the shop, I’ll definitely be making the effort to go back for service and future purchases. I highly recommend Radwelt to anyone in the market for a new bike!

I live locally and needed my breaks repaired, quickly went online and got an appointment - went in there, the guy fixed the problem in two minutes and just sent me on my way. Didn't charge me or anything - helpful and flexible. My kind of people!

These guys were awesome. We just needed a couple of boxes to pack our bikes for air travel, but they treated us as if we were a big customer. Actually unpacked a couple of new bikes to get us the boxes! It is also well stocked with knowledgable staff. We bike the world and this shop was first class. Thanks you guys!!

I decided to buy my bike here after reading many reviews on this and other places. The staff is what makes this place special. They are friendly and patient and helpful. They also provided lifetime free check up on my bike, which is great for annual/seasonal maintenance. My bike is still going well after nearly two years. It might not be for those who are looking for a "vintage" bike, but this shop provides a great service for those interested in modern bikes of various style.

This place surprised me in nice ways. For a start I spent a day looking at all the major bike shops in Berlin for something in my budget (under 400) and found very little - of course you can find something but what I found wasn't very good quality. I didn't expect any surprises from a smallish bike store in a busy part of Berlin, but when I got here I found a really nice bike just to suit my needs at a good price. They offer free checkups, which I'd never done before. I thought I'd try it out, and was expecting maybe some minor tune up as an excuse to sell me some further repairs. Instead they just handed back my bike, the brakes and gears nicely adjusted, without trying to sell me anything else. Also when I went to buy some mudguards and asked for advice they suggested another type FOR THE SAME PRICE. So that's what I mean about nice surprises, I get the feeling they care more about customer satisfaction than the profit margins. Highly recommend this place!
