They have been super nice and helpful in advising me for a new bike, and it is super easy to test the bikes there. Support local shops like that, they are rare in berlin!

I got my bike repaired in no time! The staff is very friendly and helpful. Online booking system is also a huge plus.

I needed a piece to attach my Thule to my bike, but I didn't have my bike with me so we didn't know the size. He gave me a piece to try and said I would pay him when it worked. Lovely guy, glad I found this shop in Berlin.

A great bike store in the center of Berlin. The store workers were very friendly, they actually spent their time trying to figure out my problem with the bike, not even bought from them in the first place. Moreover, they've given me a Termin on a very short notice, helped me out with my problem and then made couple of adjustments that the shop I originally bought the bike from should have made, but didn't! And on top of that the workers are fine with communicating in English, if you are concerned about you German mastery level.

I’m not satisfied with the repair I got: - They put a new chain to my bicycle which is shorter than it’s supposed size and it did put too much pressure on my back Shimano 105 derailleur so it broke while I was riding my bike. I paid more than 200 euros for repair and they caused me more money that I need to spend on my bike - If you don’t speak German, I wouldn’t recommend you to go there. Their website has a full English version and I thought it would be okay for me to go there and explain my situation in English but it took some time and some judgements on the fact that I don’t know German for me to get my bike fixed. I mean you don’t have to speak English, its your country and your choice but then remove the English version of your website and say that you just want to fix bikes of people who know German. No tourists and expats are welcome.

Was having issues with my gears. Turns out it was just one single link in the chain. They didn't try and oversell or over charge. Good, honest guys.

It was almost closing time 7 pm and I got help with a flat cargobike tire. Rear wheel and cables were removed in no time and a new inner tube was installed. We were able to go on visiting the City with our dog. Very helpful bike shop.

Recently bought a bike from Fahrradmanufaktur here. Despite being pretty busy due to high customer frequency in the season, the staff took their time to help us out, advice us, explain things while still being polite to ever other customer as well. If you want an repair appointment, book it online! Staff here knows what they’re doing and despite it’s small size have a great assortment of bikes to choose from. Prices are fair and according to what the market dictates. Will probably check for our next one here as well.

Rented some bikes to tour Berlin, rode about 50 km. Was perfect for us as English speaking Canadian tourists. We are serious cyclists at home and were really pleased with the bikes, great condition, and the staff were friendly. Look no further - this is the spot!!

Last time my bike light was not working, when I brought my bike there, they have checked my bike quickly, it was just simply the loose contact between the wheel and the dynamo, they fixed it in 1 minute without charging me anything, really helpful and professional staff. Nice!
