Rapha Berlin are extremely welcoming and hospitable to all those who come to visit, including those who have travelled over 24hours without their bike!! Highly recommend to anyone wanting a coffee and warm place to hang out, as well as for checking out the newest and best gear. Thankyou endlessly! :)

Awesome shop with super friendly and helpful staff. Popped in at the start and end of the B-M-B ride. We needed some bits of kit which they had. The coffee was also great. It’s nice to go into a shop where people are genuinely interested in what you are doing on a bike. Thank you Jamie and Stefan. If I could have given you 6 stars I would have.

I loved this store. The staff are friendly, super helpful (Ash!) and knowledgeable. There’s a comfortable seated area for non-interested companions to sit and catch up socials while you take your time shopping for the best cycling gear! 😂 Thank you guys!

Nice shop, but the employees didn’t were interested in selling anything. Empty shelves, no one at the cash desk,… Overall not a good experience. I would rather buy online than getting such a bad experience at one of the few rapha clubhouses.

Amazing experience with the friendliest staff ever. From deep technical knowledge to superb manners and customer service. The venue itself is a must visit while coffee is outstanding. Extra Kudos to Michael !!! Amazing Guy !!

They do not sell bikes (anymore?)! Just cycling apparel and coffee. It's a very chic place, great to stop by after a long day, but don't come looking to buy bikes ;)

I've moved from a tropical country to Berlin in the middle of the winter, so imagine how clueless I was about what I needed to ride in freezing temperatures. So I was looking not only for gear but also guidance. I was extremely well received and assisted by Scott during the entire process of asking all sorts of questions and trying every possible jacket, baselayer and tights.. What a great experience in a very cool shop! Cheers, Scott!
