Great workshop. I called there shortly after closing time on Friday and couldn't reach anyone. An employee then called me even though it was closing time and asked about my problem. After I explained that I was currently on vacation in Berlin and my bike's bottom bracket had broken, he offered to come by at 6:00 PM, despite closing time. The employee then installed a new bottom bracket for me very professionally and competently. Thank you for the excellent service.
