After years of taking my bikes to passive-aggressive shops that get back to you three months later and charge you an arm and a leg in the neighbourhood, I finally found THE BIKE SHOP in Friedrichshain to repair my bikes. Daniel answers your questions before giving you an honest estimate and also proposes creative and practical solutions to your problem. Other than that, contact is made via WhatsApp. You arrive, chat, leave your bike (if necessary), and he gets back to you via the app. He is very friendly, gives honest estimates, speaks English, and you are also helping local businesses.

Daniel is super Nice! My bike was in need of a lot of love and in one day all the repairs were done! Super fast and amazing! Don’t remember the last time I had so much fun riding my bike! Can totally recommend!

I had a great experience here! I don’t know much about bikes, but the team took the time to clearly explain what needed to be done and why. They were super quick with the repair, and the price was very fair. Really appreciate the honesty and professionalism—definitely recommend!

Great attitude and support! I had an issue with the bike (Fat e-bike) that 6-7 other shops refused to fix, or could not fix. After they found and ordered the parts which were also hard to get, the guys got things up and running in 24hours. Big thank you, highly recommended!

Wish I had an option to give even more stars! Daniel and his service was just excellent - very friendly communication, professional yet easy explanation, quick service, and a fair price. Super friendly, although I arrived a bit before their opening hours, Daniel was super welcoming and instantly took a look at my bike. He gave a quick estimate and the bike was already in driving condition by the end of the day - so fast! Communication was also really easy via whatsapp, card payment was possible and he sent me the receipt digitally. I could also ask follow up questions later via message. Strongly recommend!

Daniel did a phenomenal job in record time! I couldn't believe my bike was all ready for the upcoming spring season, and with a new tire, already the next day! And he even suggested a used-but-in-great-condition tire that saved me 50% of its cost. Will definitely be coming here for all my bike needs going forward.
