Does this Repair Café still exist? Unfortunately, I'm not getting any response from the management to my attempts to contact them.

It's nice that such facilities exist and the people work on a voluntary basis, I respect them. But I had the feeling that there were no real experts at work here; there was more advice than a real error analysis. After 2.5 hours I was told I had to change the batteries and by chance I found the solution on YouTube. One minute repair time, I just had to bend a few contacts. This facility is recommended for social contacts.

Repair Cafes are a great initiative and I simply cannot accredit the effort that goes into organizing such a big worldwide setup. This particular Repair Cafe is housed in the industriesalon Berlin campus and is operated from 5pm-8pm on the first 2 Wednesdays of each month. You can find very friendly people ready to help and provide their expertise in fixing you broken items. I went there to get my bike fixed and was very happy with all the people I met.
