I was dealing with Andrea via email and it was the worst customer service experience I have had, I was keen to purchase 2 styles of Rose handlebars that currently were not in stock, instead of investigating future availability for me they kept replying with it won’t be restocked and sending me highlighted images of how to order which is of course insulting as I do know how to order from a website.

I’m in a weekend vacation with my family in Berlin and since I’m here i thought to pass by the rose bike berlin store, it was a little late because of the travel time and traffic were i came from but still i manage to come in the store expecting some good people to give me advice and some idea or maybe some kindness or patience to receive a client but nothing, if I wouldn’t ask or anything they won’t even bother to accommodate you, almost morethan 5 staffs standing and talking to each others not bothering to assist or talk to you.. so ashamed and useless to come in that store, wanted to comeback the next day but having those staffs is better not, i really like the bike but if i bought them with those kind of people better not..

Ordered a bike and it was shipped to the store on time. The pick up at the store was very straight forward and no stress whatsoever. They corrected a few things right away, which I had noticed while test riding the bike a couple of times. I am not a long term biker, so I appreciated that they listened nevertheless, checked it out, and apparently adjusted the gears a little. I left with the bike after about 45 minutes. Overall a great store, good people, and quick service.

I don't recommend it. I normally wear a size S. I ordered a size M here, just to be safe... and it's short and too small... Here, I'd have to order 1.5-2 sizes larger, e.g., a size L. I don't recommend it, considering the price of the product and the shipping cost to Poland alone, which is almost 50 PLN.

Thank you for ordering your bike with us. You will receive your bike in 10 weeks. After 4 weeks, unfortunately it will be delayed by 12 weeks more. After 6 weeks, unfortunately it will be delayed by 12 weeks more. Probably, I’m getting my bike either next year. I’m not even excited for it anymore. Wish I knew this before, wouldn’t have bought it at first place.

Just want to buy a bike stand that shows IN STOCK in Berlin store on Rose website, but actually not! How a business based on E Commerce can’t even handle products availability on their website? One star is for the location that really easy to park.

Extremely disappointing experience with Rosebikes. I have been waiting for my bike for over 4 weeks, and still no delivery. What's even worse – I've sent multiple emails over the past week and haven't received any response. The payment was taken from my account immediately, but since then there's been zero communication. I have no idea what's going on with my order. This level of customer service is unacceptable. Truly a disaster. I expected much more from such a well-known company.

Very bad customer service. I ordered a bike under Jobrad leasing, there were some questions about the platform that no one could answer, I just got the same automatic email 4 times. Then, I figured out how to finalize the order but still, after almost two months I didn’t get the the bike. The poor guys at the store don’t have access to this or to any other useful information and they can only hold the complains and tell you to wait. When you call or write customer service, no one picks up or answer your request. So my recommendation to to find another fancy good bike

This is a hard rating. The bikes ARE good however the systems and information regarding them are terrible. I ordered a bike over a month ago and still waiting on it. All i get is we had a system update and no status on when it will come. Maybe this week, maybe next week or maybe 2 months. For this price should have their supply chain figured out. All within Germany :(

I don't understand why this shop has a low rating. The staff are friendly and polite, they answer every question in detail and introduce the bikes well. They help you find the most suitable bike that fits your needs and wants. The ambiance of the shop and the cafe are also cool.
