I ordered on a Sunday and received shipping confirmation shortly afterwards. I also found a 20% discount code on Google beforehand. The customer service was very friendly. Shopping like this is a real pleasure. Compared to the big marketplace starting with A, I was able to save a considerable amount. Highly recommended!

Dear Owner, I have been trying to contact you for several weeks now regarding the warranty on my very expensive gloves using the provided email address and phone number – no luck, neither my emails nor my calls are being answered. It's a shame, so unfortunately I have no other option but to write a negative review (which will of course be deleted as soon as someone gets back to me). Attached are pictures of the €60 gloves, which were used irregularly for training for six months and should still be under warranty. Edit May 13, 2023: Now I am truly disappointed; after trying to reach you by email and phone since March 11, 2023, and after you, Mr. Katt, only responded to my negative review two months later, after I explained the situation and received no further response, you are now claiming that, even though I cleaned the gloves as instructed on the label, it is my fault. Quote from your email: "I should throw the gloves away." I would have been satisfied if you had simply given me a discount on new gloves. PS: I actually misread the price; they only cost €60. Nevertheless, they were the most expensive and the last pair of this brand I had ordered from Amazon over the previous 10 years.

Dear Mr. Hazod,<br><br>As I explained to you, this glove model does not have a one-year warranty. These gloves also should not be washed in a washing machine due to the rubber. You washed these gloves, used them for 10 months, and are disappointed that they are now defective. I understand your disappointment. These gloves also do not cost €80, but €59. I also find the review disappointing, and it will be removed as soon as we contact you. I look forward to its removal. I would be happy to work with you to find a solution.<br><br>Sincerely,<br><br>

For me personally, there will be nothing but "Schiek" for the foreseeable future. My experience has been consistently positive, and I can only recommend that everyone give them a try. I recently ordered gloves and a belt. If something doesn't fit, they send the correct size incredibly quickly, and the quality is simply top-notch in my opinion. Contacting them is very easy via email or even WhatsApp, and they always respond quickly and courteously. Five stars are more than deserved!!

Best belt for weightlifting (3004), very easy to fasten and gives incredible stability for heavy olympic lifting. Also amazing customer service, my belt had a manufacturing error and was replaced in no time. Customer service allways responded within a few minute

I ordered a belt from Schiek Germany, which unfortunately was too big. A quick call to Schiek in Berlin, and they exchanged it for the correct size. Super friendly service! Every online retailer should treat their customers like this. The quality of the belt speaks for itself. You won't find better quality than Schiek. I'll definitely order again.

My experience: I've been training for over 15 years and have owned training gloves from many manufacturers, but none of them compare to Schieck! I've been using these gloves for over 1.5 years now, and the brand's quality is still top-notch! They're very well padded, the seams hold up well and don't come undone, and they don't pinch! The material is incredibly durable and offers a very good grip when gripping heavy weights! The advice and service from the staff is exemplary, with super-fast response and fast shipping!!! If you're looking for top-quality training gloves and training accessories, Schieck is the place to go!
