A truly awful place, very rude, incompetent, and unfriendly staff. I wouldn't recommend anyone go there. There are plenty of alternatives in Berlin.

As a gesture of goodwill, we also offered a discounted replacement. Despite these efforts, we were ultimately unable to achieve a mutually satisfactory outcome.<br><br>During the same period, we also received positive feedback from your family members who had also been treated by us – demonstrating that our approach and quality are generally appreciated.<br><br>Out of professional responsibility and to maintain our quality standards, we ultimately decided to discontinue providing you with orthotics. I am very disappointed with my visit to this orthopedic store. The insoles that were supposed to be adjusted were completely unusable after the "adjustment." The store manager was particularly unpleasant; he consistently made inappropriate and sarcastic comments – I definitely don't expect that from a specialty store. The conversation suddenly shifted from being about the insoles to talking about how skilled the master was supposedly – yet he was arrogant, stubborn, and refused to admit the failed adjustment. Communication with the rest of the staff was also anything but professional; you get the impression that they're talking badly about customers behind their backs whenever you raise a concern. Furthermore, you get the feeling that customer satisfaction plays no role at all, and instead, they're trying to generate additional costs for the insoles. Overall, a very unpleasant experience – absolutely not recommended.

As a layperson, I was looking forward to the bike fitting and trusted the promised professionalism. I was all the more disappointed when it became clear on-site that my Canyon Aero SLX bike didn't fit in the trainer – the fitting couldn't be carried out as planned. Instead, I received two minor saddle adjustments and had to pay €119 for it. Later, at the bike shop, I was met with bewildered looks, wondering how I could have been ripped off like that. Unfortunately, despite several attempts, there was no attempt at compensation. A real shame – this is not what one expects from professional advice.

I've been a customer at the Sensomotorikzentrum for several years now and couldn't be happier! The service is simply first-class – a complete, worry-free package. Every employee I've dealt with so far has been incredibly friendly, taken their time, and explained everything in detail. You truly feel valued and exceptionally well cared for here. I'm particularly impressed by how well-organized the system is. My data, such as my orthotics and shoe sizes, is readily available, so I can be sure that everything fits perfectly – even when I order the same orthotics again. The response times to inquiries are also excellent, and you can tell that service and customer satisfaction are top priorities here. I've visited other orthopedic centers in the past, and the difference is enormous. While elsewhere you often feel like just a number, here you experience the exact opposite: a warm, professional, and customer-focused environment. I can wholeheartedly recommend the Sensomotorikzentrum and will gladly return here again in the future!

Exceptional expertise combined with outstanding friendliness. A great atmosphere, highly competent yet easily understandable explanations about the production, necessity, and function of the sensorimotor insoles. Professional anamnesis, analysis, and examination – the 45 minutes flew by. I feel extremely well-informed and highly motivated for a new running year.

Run analysis and insoles were done for me. I am very satisfied. Good diagnosis - I found out that I have the wrong running shoes. The insoles solved my foot pain problem that had been with me for 8 months. Highly recommend!
