The leotard is of excellent quality! The only downside: I also didn't receive an order confirmation. However, I was able to reach someone directly by phone and they sent it to me immediately afterwards.

We ordered a suit that only arrived after six weeks and multiple inquiries. Unfortunately, it turned out to be too small. A return was impossible because I received no response to several emails or phone calls. After more than two months, we're left with a suit that's too small and a lot of frustration. PLEASE order from a different store to save yourself the hassle. Even one star is too much.

We ordered a leotard and finally received it today after 6 weeks. We almost thought it was a fake: Ms. Hartmann simply doesn't respond to any questions. Why not? I don't understand! It's not good for her reputation. The leotard looks great! I'll report on the quality later...

We ordered a leotard about 6 months ago, which we were supposed to pick up after a phone call... unfortunately, we never received a call and then gave up... what a shame... the shop is really nice!!!!! Nice people.
