Amazing, friendly staff. I visited this store twice, and every time they were kind, patient, and explained everything very well. They helped me choose the right ice skates. The prices are also better than other places. The store can be a bit crowded, but the reason is obvious, it’s a really great place to buy your gear!

Small selection of skates and ice skate equipment. Owner is willing to help finding the suitable shoes. However, he has a sign up in this shop stating he will charge 25€ as a "consulting fee" if you dont buy anything. Serously?

Good day.<br><br>Thank you very much for your review.<br><br>Our selection of ice skates is quite large. We carry BAUER, Graf, K2, Bladerunner by Rollerblade, EDEA, Jackson, and Risport. Many models from each brand are in stock.<br><br>Our consultation fee is charged when you request a detailed consultation and a tour of our entire product range, with the intention of later purchasing online at a lower price. The consultation fee is a voucher worth €25.00 and protects us from the ever-increasing practice of "showrooming" in specialty stores. Over the past 16 years since our business was founded, we have gained extensive experience in the field of ice skates and inline skates. In summary: super nice and patient staff. Came in on a stressful day just wanting to go home with a good pair of my first own ice skates. It took quite some time trying on lots of different pairs and there were also other customers needing help but she always took the time to help me out and answer my questions. I struggled to make my choice as the time went a bit late and she helped me to come to my conclusion without pushing at all. Hugely appreciate the service here and highly recommend!! Great offer of rollerblades! I have bought a pair or urban inline skates and several accessories. Prices are fair, choice is great and the personnel is competent and helpful. Highly recommended :)

The staff are super friendly and helpful and happy to answer any questions. They have a pretty large range of inline skates in stock, ranging from beginner to expert with everything in between. Definitely worth visiting, if you are wanting to buy inline skates. Buying the skates there is slightly more expensive than you could get them for online (about 10 % but it varies from skate to skate), but it's only fair to buy them in the shop, particularly considering how helpful the staff are. And you don't have to pay for delivery costs then.

I had an absolutely amazing consultant Evgenia who was very helpful to my special requests. Professional treatment, good selection of products, I found everything I needed. It was worth to come to this shop from another country.

I wish there were more of such shops: Awesome service, very knowledgeable and friendly staff and great selection of products. I rented two sets of skates which were both in very good state and of high quality. If you rent for a day you can return by the evening of the NEXT day, so it's basically a two-day rental at a very affordable price. I also got several recommendations about where to go skating in Berlin, with detailed information about the quality of the ground. Will certainly come again when I'm back in Berlin.

Very friendly staff with great knowledge of there products. They take there time to assist you, don't have a pushing attitude. Great selection of skates, I am very happy I went there and would highly suggest to visit if interested in skating. I rented a pair, tested it out in the nearby skate park, and fell in love with the sport with the result of now owning my personal ones!
