I had problems with the website when placing the order, but they resolved it. It took a long time for the package to arrive in Spain, and then the courier company didn't deliver it. Skeki communicated well; they were concerned and found solutions quickly, which is much appreciated. The important thing is that I now have the products; they are good quality and in perfect condition.

It was shipped via DPD and never arrived. That was about six weeks ago. Instead of dealing with the service provider as legally required and resending my already paid-for item or refunding my money (since it was intended as a birthday present), I'm supposed to deal with DPD myself, who in turn refer me to the sender, Skeki. They're unreachable by phone, and I only received one email in six weeks. SCAMMERS!

- The promised delivery time was not met. Instead of 1-3 business days, it took 6 business days. - The goods were shipped despite my cancellation. I had to return the package at my own expense. - I still haven't received a refund after 3 weeks. They keep coming up with new excuses.

The order hadn't been shipped even four days after the stated delivery date. Inquiries went unanswered due to "update problems." When I tried to use buyer protection, I was threatened with "We will invoice you for any costs incurred as a result." Thanks to PayPal, the money was refunded within three hours of opening a case.

I am buying for the first time from Skeki and I am very impressed by the high quality service and most importantly by the very helpful and supportive staff. I was contacted by their client service immediately after ordering, received some good advise, they have responded to all of my inquiries and I am extremely pleased by their professionalism. I highly recommend Skeki and I will definitely come back for my next purchases!

After ordering and immediately paying via PayPal, I only received an order confirmation, but no goods for weeks. I received no response after two inquiries, and to top it all off, I only received a refund of €13.00 instead of the €13.40 I paid via PayPal's problem-solving system. PS, since it seems impossible to reply to an answer: PayPal indeed only refunded €13, because for some inexplicable reason, only even amounts were allowed for the refund amount. But never mind. And on the subject of waiting: How long should I have waited after four weeks, various phone calls, and emails? The fact that the operator found the right words within a week after a critical public review is also telling. PS: After I ordered and paid for the balls on August 10, 2022, they arrived in the mail today, October 24, 2022. Since there hasn't been a single contact from Skeki since then (apart from the very prompt, albeit unprofessional, response to my review), this unfortunately doesn't change my purchasing experience much. If the seller wishes to reassert his now-justified claim, I request a corresponding notification. Perhaps in the form of an email or something similar, for a change.

We have bought curling equipment here several times and have always received good and fast service, quick responses to emails (from Patrizia) if we had any questions, the goods arrived quickly after payment, I can only recommend Skeki Online Sport Shop

Very fast delivery. The exchange process was a bit slow due to Covid, but ultimately it worked out perfectly. Communication was very friendly. Everything was to my satisfaction. Therefore, 5 stars from me.
