Unfortunately, I had a very unpleasant experience due to the racist and discriminatory behavior of a salesperson (Verkäuferin). From the beginning, she made inappropriate comments, stating that it would be “difficult” to find a suitable helmet and ski goggles for me because Asian face and head shapes are different from what European brands are supposedly designed for. She then continued by asking why “my country” does not produce such products itself and made condescending remarks, saying how “pity” it is — followed by comments such as “your country copied everything from us but still can’t produce a helmet”, even though many Asians live here and go skiing. These statements were not only completely unprofessional but clearly racist and based on stereotypes. Hearing this from someone working in customer service made the experience even more uncomfortable. This level of ignorance and arrogance has no place in a modern retail environment. I expect respectful and professional treatment, regardless of someone’s background.

I bought all my ski clothes in the past from here, and I didn't have any problems but this time salesman was unfriendly. I don't speak German but it was not about the language barrier, I know the difference very well.

When I was looking for a helmet I drove to this shop. While I was wandering round the store, nobody came and offered help, which I really needed. By the way, there just 3 customers. If you ask me about the choice-there is but not much, in my opinion. Besides, you'll be spending some time searching for a parking place.

Compare the prices before you buy anything there. I could have saved 30-40% if I went to another shop. I got 10% discount after I went and complained. Was definitely not the best experience. 3 stars is for a mediocre customer service

I feel completely ripped off after visiting the shop. I came to try ski boots and the first impression was fine. The woman brought me 2 different kinds of shoes (which in the end were not the ones I ASKED FOR). She claimed they are claiming that the Flex index it's the same as the LAST index and she said it changes depending on the size of the shoes (I have never heard of that!). So actually she brought me too hard or too soft shoes (because she didn't have the corecct ones in stock) and she said it was the index I am looking for (Flex 98 doesn't exist! it's the width). In the end I felt I wasn't advised correctly and she asked to pay 25 EUR for the 'service'! I was shocked as I've never experienced something like that in other shops anywhere. It's normal, you want to try a shoe (which costs more than 300 EUR) and nobody can oblige you to buy them at the same moment. I feel ripped off because she made me pay this 'tip' price for bringing the shoes from the magazine BUT she actually should have told me she has NONE in stock from the type I was looking for. So of course I couldn't even think of buying any if they were NOT the correct INDEX. FIRST of all, it's illegal! You inform the client of doing this 'extra' charge in the beginning, not just by putting a printed note next to the cash and SECONDLY if you charge for this, at least be professional! I was completely confused when she was trying to confirm me that LANE is a FLEX index and that FLEX inder (hardness) changes depending on my shoe size. That doesn't make ANY sense! Hardness of the shoe is one and it doesn't change! That's why there are different models! I will definitely write an official reclamation to reclaim my money back. In that moment when the shop was full I didn't know how to react, she kind of made me pay immediately. My German isn't that good so I couldn't have an argument in the shop at that moment. This is just illegal procedure and robbery! There are plenty of other shops which will advise you without charging you for basic 'customer service'. If you expect people to buy immediately your goods, open a bakery - not a 'professional' ski shop...because it's not professional at all!

Great professional services. Did purchase a pair of ski boots this year that were shaped to fit my feet perfectly. This was done by heating up the shell to 90-95 degrees and then let it cool once I have put them on. I have skied all season long with the best boots I ever had! Thank you Ski-Shop-Charlottenburg for this wonderful experience!

I am not sure why I expected a ski shop in a city far away from the mountains to be decent but this was the most underwhelming shop I have ever been in. The service in the shop is basically non-existent. We wanted to pay to have a pair of Salomon boots that we had purchased online properly dialed-in since the liner can be customized. The guy did not even make an attempt to make sure the boot was set up well. He merely heated them, had my friend stand for 10 minutes in them and then just forgot about her. She mentioned that one foot felt twisted and she said she has insoles for her shoes so his response was "then you must need medical insoles for your boots" and then turned away. Normally a shop with boot fitting experience would work with the client to help solve the issue (we were happy to pay for the service). Here there was no attempt. 20€ later that was that. No problem with the price but really disappointed with the service and seeming lack of knowledge or caring enough to get a boot properly fitted.
