A truly exceptional specialist shop with excellent expertise. Everyone there is very polite and competent. This shop has been around for a very long time and spans two floors, offering a huge selection of sailing-related items and products. They also have a wide variety of sailing-themed decorations. Highly recommended.

It was recommended by a friend. Always knowledgeable. Always friendly, always quick, even with completely unusual "Where can I get that?" questions for an ancient sailboat. And I'd like to correct the statement that it's more expensive than online: Because of the expert, and in my opinion sometimes even selfless, "you don't need it, you can do it yourself" explanation, it's CHEAPER here than online, because I only buy something ONCE ☝️😁. And every time, I come away with one or two great sailing stories. A fantastic shop.

Good selection, although significantly more expensive than online. The staff are very friendly in sales, but unfortunately, they are completely unhelpful when dealing with a justified complaint about a defective item – you don't even get a "goodbye". Therefore, I will be buying online in the future.

Customers are still welcome here. We always receive friendly and competent advice. If we ever have a problem, they do everything they can to help. They even offered to give us the tiller from a new motor from the shop as a spare part. However, since the motor wouldn't be for sale at that point, and it wasn't that urgent, we politely declined. We enjoy shopping here and will continue to do so. The prices are also perfectly reasonable, in our opinion.

My review is based on an initial consultation. I'm a complete sailing novice and before my first sailing course, I only wanted to buy the bare essentials. The friendly staff gave me excellent advice and were very careful not to push anything on me. They explained when which clothing would be appropriate and what would be unnecessary for a beginner. They even recommended that I not buy anything yet and first see what I really need in practice. In my opinion and experience, such advice is not something you can take for granted!

Excellent service. The advice is top-notch, and even a complete beginner is guided through the process with expert guidance. They clearly explain what you actually need and which purchases can wait and are based on personal preferences. I'll definitely be back! I've gained a new regular customer.
