A really friendly shop. I only wanted to rent skis, but Marijan and Steve gave me such friendly and competent advice that I ended up staying for a couple of beers. Top-notch merchandise, all very new products. I'm very happy!!

We received excellent, very professional, patient, and friendly service. Being able to try on ski boots is essential for me. Here, your foot is measured, and after purchase, the ski boots are adjusted to fit your foot perfectly. We also received a fantastic discount on the complete package of skis, ski boots, poles, and bag. This shop and its owner are a real gem!

I would give six stars if I could. We bought a complete snowboard set for our thirteen-year-old son yesterday and are extremely satisfied. We were offered various quality levels and price ranges. The sales staff explained the technical details without us even asking. So we learned a lot ourselves. We always had complete freedom of choice and never felt rushed or pressured into buying anything. Everyone in the store was incredibly friendly, approachable, and attentive. Thank you so much. We'll be back.

Edited post: From the store's great response the issue below has been handled and I got my money back for 2 boards I got waxed. I appreciate and commend the response to my review and willingness to find a solution. That's a lot more compared to other places and shops in this city just straight blaming customers. At least now when I sell the board, the money I got back compensates for the lower value of it. Of course, it is only fair that I revise my rating. Thank you! Original post: First time I took my equipment in they waxed it with liquid wax when I specifically said I wanted it hot waxed. Second time I brought in my stuff in they dented the top edge of the equipment and took a chunk out of it. They seem nice but I will never take my stuff here ever again. 10 euros for a wax is a good price but it's not worth the damage done to the board, I should have just waxed it myself and not trusted these people who don't take care of customer's equipment. This makes me sad that I can't support this small local shop when I really want to support them and the community they're trying to help.
