Contrary to most of the reviews here, I can only rate my experience with this retailer positively. At first, the process seemed a bit unclear to me, as I ordered at the beginning of December and only received the shipping notification on December 24th. After inquiring via email, I received the tracking number (since it wasn't included in the automatically generated email) and a very friendly reply. The delivery then came directly from Estonia (Leaderfins) and arrived on time. Since these fins were only recently manufactured, the shipping time of about one month is, in my opinion, absolutely fine considering the effort involved and the price, and I would buy from them again. The quality is completely satisfactory (I bought Leaderfins Hyper Carbon). Many thanks to the shop!

WARNING: TERRIBLE COMPANY!!!! I CANNOT RECOMMEND IT I received a different product than the one listed on the website and ordered. When I wanted to return it, as required by law for online orders, I was told I could return it. However, when I asked for shipping details at the seller's expense (shipping from Poland to Germany), the company didn't respond to my repeated emails or calls. They completely ignore the customer and treat them disrespectfully. I WARN YOU: DO NOT BE SCAMMED LIKE ME. TERRIBLE SELLER.

After the purchase, I was given a rough estimate of four weeks for delivery, which I found rather cheeky. Six weeks later, I received my first response – no specific delivery date given. Stay away from this shop!

The shop doesn't exist, at least not at that address. I couldn't reach anyone by phone all day and then went there for nothing: there's only a residential building with no swim shop anywhere to be found at that address.

I returned the first pair of fins because they were too small and ordered the next pair in a larger size. Since then, I've been waiting for a refund of €72.90 for the pair that was too small. My emails aren't being answered, and I can't reach anyone by phone! I now feel compelled to take legal action!

I got my fins not in time but the company apologised for that. I understand that there are problems within the supply chain at the moment. Therefore I give 4 Stars. PS/Update: The second delivery was in time.

Don't buy anything from where, I have tried over 6 months to get connected to their customer service since they sent wrong product. Nothing, just two emails about promise to get back. You cannot use covid-19 as an excuse for bad / non-existing customer service. I paid pretty big amount of money for a suit and no cannot change it to correct one. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS.

My feeling are mixed. I got really good customer service in the beginning. I ordered rather expensive long CMAS finswimming suit. I got wrong suite, which was not CMAS "approved". I have been trying to contact seller with Facebook, Instagram, Email and phone without luck for 3 weeks now. No reply even Instagram and Facebook shows that message has been read.

Ordered two sprint snorkels and received them within 3 business day. Also the quality is very high and I am completely satisfied with the service.
