I think this shop is great. They repaired my record in 10 minutes and I was able to take it with me again immediately. The worker was always friendly. I would definitely recommend them.

During the inner tube replacement, the broken pieces of the casing weren't removed, so the new tube was immediately ruined again. They showed no understanding when I complained and told me I'd have to pay the full price again. Definitely not recommended!

I gave my bike for inspection and it seemed not much was done. The chain broke 2 weeks later and i took it to another place. This place repaired it and confirmed that there has been actually no inspection/calibration performed.

Went to fix my brakes and change my cables. I provided all my own parts. They over charged me, broke my front brakes and used cheaper parts

Always quick and efficient, and they offer sensible advice when asked. The little guy with glasses isn't exactly hip or cool, but there's no reason to look down on him. He's very conscientious and not at all like a pushy salesman, but just genuinely friendly. I'll continue to have my repairs done there.
