Cool team, reasonable prices, a perfect place for a bike inspection or repair. Since it's a workshop only, they don't sell bikes, and their stock of spare parts is limited. However, they have the most common parts, and anything needed is quickly ordered and installed. I'm deducting one point because they're not open on Saturdays at all, and the return date for my first bike was rather optimistic and ended up being delayed by several days. This wasn't a big deal for me personally, as I have a second bike, but it would be annoying for someone who relies on their bike. My advice...plan for a longer repair time and "surprise" the customer with a possible earlier pickup. Nevertheless, I would probably take my bike there again, even though it's a bit of a drive for me as a Spandau resident.

My new Canyon e-bike was assembled very well, and the handover was friendly and helpful. The supposedly missing bell was already installed, but I was told I would have to buy one separately.

Highly competent, friendly, and helpful service. I received excellent assistance with the assembly of my Specialized road bike and the setup of the applications. Furthermore, the staff provided helpful advice and tips when I had questions. I can recommend Spoks without hesitation.

My old Hercules was really beat up – Spoks fixed everything up: new wheels (finally without those annoying tubular tires), brakes, gears, chain, cassette. Top service, fair price, and a great eye for retro design. Thanks, you guys did a fantastic job!

Great workshop. Very tidy and clean. The guys are very friendly, helpful, and professional. I received a great welcome and excellent advice. My gravel bike chain needed a hot wax treatment. Since I didn't feel like degreasing the drivetrain and chain myself, I simply used Spoks' service. The price is on the higher end, but everyone has to decide that for themselves. It's a job that requires precision and thoroughness, so it was fine for me. I will definitely have my next service done here. Highly recommended.
