The service was friendly and helpful. They were happy to provide information and the place was tidy. Parking spaces were a bit scarce, but you could find them. They couldn't help me, but perhaps they'll have something suitable for you. I saw that they also stock trophies and similar items.

I went to buy swimming goggles but they didn't have any, so I ended up buying an Adidas bag from them.

I wasn't satisfied with the customer service there. They didn't ask if I needed help or what size I was looking for. I can't recommend the store and won't shop there again.

Extremely rude and unhelpful customer service. They have no problem hanging on your face or laughing at you if you dare politely asking (in German) if they can comprehend English. I do not recommend, and I would advise you to change jobs if being commercial is not your thing.

Hello, thank you for your feedback. Not all of our employees are fluent in English. However, we don't laugh at anyone; instead, the next employee with better English skills comes to help them. Therefore, I'm a bit surprised by this feedback. Nevertheless, we will discuss and address this internally.

Amazing place, quick and great service. I went there to buy a trophy for one event, they have plenty of options and they are able to engrave it super fast. Great job!

Very friendly staff. A really nice shop. Mainly soccer merchandise. I especially like the fact that they support numerous regional clubs. That alone is a reason to support Sport Freak. The print order was completed quickly, carefully, and without complications. I will be very, very happy to come back. Next time, for personal use.
