Because of a complaint, we were not very politely informed that we needn't come back and should leave now. Unfortunately, we had already paid for the goods, so now we're stuck with the damages, and the amount is too small to pay for a lawyer.

We went there to buy our son's football gear for his club (style, size). We should have called ahead: nothing was in stock. At least there was a friendly and helpful employee: we were told to try ordering online. Not suitable for spontaneous shopping.

Sport Heinrich has produced a set of jerseys and training jackets for our team so far. The turnaround was incredibly fast and the quality is excellent. I can highly recommend them. Even reordering was no problem.
