We came HERE from the Mall of Berlin and Alexa after not being able to find any decent soccer shoes, let alone good advice, and we're overjoyed to have found this specialty store on Google. The 40-minute drive was SO worth it! Today was an absolute highlight; my son left with a beaming smile... THANK YOU SO MUCH!! Next time, we'll head straight to this store! Thank you for the great advice, the expertise, in short, to the point... perfect!! 100% recommendation!! ☆☆☆☆☆

I had ordered eight scarves over the phone for the Turkey vs. Germany match and was told I could not pick them up until 5:00 p.m. I was solemnly promised that this would not be a problem and that the items would be reserved. When I arrived at 5:00 p.m., they showed me one made of a super cheap fabric—if you can even call it fabric—made of ribbons or a similar material. When I asked where the scarves I had reserved were, they suddenly said they were all sold out, but so were these strange rag-like capes. I traveled 25 km just to be told that everything was sold out and that my reservation hadn't even been honored. Instead, they tried to sell me a rag as consolation. Above all, the salesperson was very rude and seemed totally annoyed, grumbling away. So thanks for nothing. It's not even worth one star! The worst thing of all was this indifferent attitude!
