Today, I went there. I looked for running shoes. I liked a pair of shoes, but unfortunately, the color I wanted didn’t have my size. However, one of the staff (I don’t know his name) gave me some advice and tried to find the color I wanted through the online shop. He provided good service with a friendly attitude. Incredible customer experience! A couple of months ago I bought a pair of sneakers in this very store, and not only was the sales person well informed, nice to talk to an on point in recommendations - the superb rating stems from today's experience of returning said pair of shoes after they showed a to rapid decline in their quality (had a similar pair and they lasted 2 years). Was immediately swapped out for a new pair, no hassle, no discussion! This exemplary of perfect customer satisfaction and treatment will make me come back: For everything that is sold here and that I will need.

VERY limited number of alternatives in terms of above 50L backpacks and hiking boots. Distance from real hiking locations probably has an impact on the demand and therefore the supply they have.

Big variety of household stuff and a dedicated sports section on the lower floor. Can pick up good value stuff on sale and they have a decent range of football boots and tennis section too.
