I attend every tournament and trade meet there, and it's always fun to chat, trade, or play with the people. The atmosphere is always great, and 95% of the people there are really nice and friendly. The prices here are very fair and better than in many other shops in Berlin. The tournaments are always well organized, and you always get a really great prize; in no other shop in Berlin do you get anywhere near as much as here. I also really like how the shop has developed over the past few years. They've had trade meets since 2023, and the shop has been a Play Store since 2024. It's great to see how a shop that initially had very few Pokemon products has developed so much. Big praise also goes to the two managers, especially Kenny, who is always there at the tournaments and trade meets. My rating is therefore 5 stars; I can recommend everyone in Berlin to stop by.

Great store for Pokémon cards! Good product selection, fair prices, and a friendly owner. Perfect for collectors and players. Regular events in a relaxed atmosphere. Top-notch!

Order was canceled because the item was suddenly no longer available. First and last time I ordered from there Addendum to the owner's response! Order was placed well before the store opened! I'm wondering if the owner is telling the truth here.

I was there for the first time today...and what can I say, I found what I was looking for! :) Great selection! 😁 I sold three Pokémon Trainer Boxes. The salesperson was great—a little small talk, helpful advice. 👌 Highly recommended!

I'd been searching unsuccessfully for a Top Trainer Box from the anniversary edition for ages. My son is a huge Pokémon fan, and this was going to be the perfect Christmas present. I finally found it in the online shop! I think the price is very reasonable; others are charging 20-30 euros more. The box arrived very quickly and is exactly as it should be. Christmas can come, and I think my son will be thrilled! Thank you so much!!!

Competent and friendly staff. I asked for an item outside of the regular sales hours, and they didn't hesitate to go to the stockroom and find it for me. You really can't ask for more dedication. Negative reviews of this store are probably due to frustration and customer error. See for yourself! I will definitely shop there again.

Very disappointing service. The bill was again higher than agreed upon when I picked up the order. After a lengthy discussion with the owner, he finally offered a 50% discount on the unauthorized price increase, on the condition that he wouldn't issue me an invoice for the items. The owner can't afford to treat customers like this. The amount was paid in cash without a receipt. The store should stick to the agreed-upon prices and not charge customers incorrect prices later. This isn't the first time this has happened to me or others at Sportshop Fairplay. The service and customer relations need improvement. Good afternoon again. Just to clarify, the agreed-upon price for the set was €22.50 per piece, including printing! It's absurd that Sportshop Fairplay is advertising its printing prices here (…note: very, very cheap). A qualified company wouldn't do that. They issued a ban from the premises because we insisted on the agreed-upon amount again and didn't want to be ripped off again. There were absolutely no threats, insults, or loud words. It's clear who's trying to twist the facts here, just like in their store where one employee blames another. Unfortunately, we still haven't received an invoice. The owner of the shop should stick to the prices they promise and not threaten customers here about accuracy. There are plenty of witnesses who can confirm we didn't receive an invoice, and their offer stated that the price could only be paid without one. It's disappointing that they're not trying to rectify their mistake but are resorting to threatening customers. Let's see if we'll ever get a proper, detailed invoice.
