I went to Tornado Sport today to buy some soccer cleats. The service from the owner and his employee was simply fantastic. I tried on several brands and sizes before finally deciding on the Puma King. I can wholeheartedly recommend this store! If you want to buy soccer cleats and try them on instead of buying them online, Tornado Sport is the place to go.

No customer service after purchase + accusatory treatment: The shoes ripped open at the front after just one use on artificial turf. Despite their poor suitability for artificial turf, the damage to the shoe was clearly excessive and had nothing to do with normal wear and tear. Attempts to file a complaint with the manufacturer were refused from the outset, and the store offered no assistance whatsoever.

Bad experience. We received vouchers through a tournament. The company was advertised at the tournament, but the vouchers couldn't be redeemed for anything in the store. They only sold textiles... No sizes available, outdated merchandise that had been sitting there for years. Prices had been increased... The whole thing seemed totally unprofessional.

I can't comment on the local store, but I can comment on the online shop. I saw a great offer and, of course, ordered it immediately. The order was confirmed. However, the payment itself was very strange. Without providing any of my account details, they emailed me saying the payment had been successful and was being processed. They also sent me an invoice, but without a request to transfer the money. A day later, I received a call saying the order had been canceled because no payment had been received. Very, very strange, and the phone conversation was completely unprofessional. Stay away from the online shop!
