Dropped in with a puncture, and they couldn’t have been nicer. Managed to fit me in the very next day despite short notice. Great service and very fair pricing – highly recommend!

Stopping by Tortuga each morning was easily the highlight of my trip to Berlin. The owners were incredibly kind and welcoming, and the coffee was the perfect way to start the day. We made a point to arrive early just to snag the fresh-baked pistachio croissants—they were absolutely to die for. Whether you’re a coffee lover, a pastry fan, or just passing through, Tortuga is a must-visit spot in the area!

I love this place! Visited Berlin for 3 days and this place was our go to coffee shop! Absolutely delicious home made food. The oat latte was yummy! And the owner was such a sweetheart. Thank you for an amazing experience will be back soon !

If you're in Berlin, you must stop by this beautiful store and coffee shop. The staff are incredibly kind, and the croissants are truly unmatched—the best I've ever had! Their pistachio and wild berry croissants are absolutely to die for. I loved this spot so much that I would get a croissant and a coffee for the time I was in Berlin. Haven’t stopped thinking about this spot since the summer.

Definitely recommended! Andreas, the owner and mechanic, did an excellent job installing tubeless tires on my gravel bike. Even though he was quite busy, he managed to fit me in for an appointment at the end of the same week. Andreas really knows his stuff – he kept the bike overnight to ensure the tires were set up perfectly, and the installation has been flawless so far. He even gave my bike a quick (and free) check-up, offering helpful advice. It’s clear that Andreas brings a lot of expertise to his work, and all of that at a very affordable price. Whether you’re looking for advice on frames, rims, or even full bike builds, he’s the guy to go to. The shop itself might seem small, but it feels like a boutique mechanic experience where you get personalized attention. On top of the great bike service, the café is a must-visit, especially for the delicious pistachio croissants! And if you’re new to gravel riding or want to explore Berlin’s gravel trails in a relaxed way, Tortuga organizes free, no-drop gravel tours every Sunday at 10 am – perfect for rookies! Highly recommended if you’re looking for quality bike service and a friendly, welcoming atmosphere! 🚴♂️☕🥐

The food is amazing, this was one of the most delicious quiche I tried in Germany 😍 And the stuff is very friendly! Definitely recommend it for a cup of tasty coffee with a dessert or a really nice lunch.

Delicious coffee, a wide variety of croissants, great conversations with friendly staff, and also a place to fix your bike (or even build a new custom one :D). What else can one wish for? :) Edit: they also can make a puppicino for your doggo dog ^_^

The best bike shop you can imagine! The team at Tortuga are super warm, helpful, knowledgeable and go the extra mile. I came to Andreas quite by chance, with an upcoming bikepacking trip planned in Central Asia. He worked through the process of selecting a bike with me and then took care of every little detail, delivering an amazing customised Surly bike in a short amount of time. Best of all, there is really a genuine and family approach to the way they do things. I am super happy with my bike and would come back here every time for service that goes above and beyond! The drinks and cafe are of course amazing too, especially the home made lemonades!
