We had been welcomed with a coffee while we had been waiting. Excellent service, very friendly, high quality knowledge of the products. We would anybody recommend to go in for buying a bike. Will definitely come back again and support trek. Great bikes but also great people!

Went in with a flat tire and could borrow the tools to replace the tube with one brought from the shop. Staff were super friendly and when I asked for help with attaching the hub gear cable not only did they do it, they showed how to for next time. Definitely going back to get our bikes serviced there.

Upon reaching Berlin after our 10 day ride from Copenhagen I needed to find a bike box. I own 3 Treks and have always been very happy with their customer service in the Seattle area. I checked with the store in Berlin and Mark was extremely friendly and helpful. He told me to come back the next day for a box and packing materials. He went above and beyond to help me out....thanks so much! Happy to see the great Trek service across the globe

The best place in Berlin for Bikes and accessories. Due to my inability to recognize the best fit of bikes many big companies took its advantage but Here, Mark spends almost an entire day helping me identify my best match and gives me an opportunity to drive it as much as I can to make it familiar before I buy it. best-in-class service with excellent involvement of all staff to help you satisfy your needs. Trust me, it's a 100% sure bet to trust them. Highly recommended for everyone.

Bought my bike from here last year and just picked it up after its first L1 service. Looks and feels new riding it again. Mike was awesome and took me (a complete novice when it comes to bikes) through the steps on how to take care of my bike on a more regular basis. All the staff here are really friendly and helpful, will definitely be bringing my bike in here for any future servicing / issues, thanks so much!
