A young, incredibly friendly team! Super helpful and professional, yet you immediately feel welcome, almost like family. We bought a Madone from Lucas a while ago and received excellent service from the very beginning. Even with small things that we took for granted, we received immediate and unhesitating assistance. You can simply tell that they work with passion. We would buy a bike there again in a heartbeat!

Experts with a passion for high-quality bikes! My son really wanted a special downhill bike, which we then ordered directly from the manufacturer, Radon, online. After a few weeks, we encountered some problems and contacted the manufacturer. They dismissed our list of issues as normal and referred us to a suitable bike repair shop. The regular bike shops wouldn't accept the Radon Swoop because, in their opinion, it was a warranty case, and sent me home. Besides, it's peak season! It's difficult to find a shop right now anyway. That's when the Trek experts came into play! I called, explained the situation, and a friendly employee (thanks, Mike!) connected me with his team in Charlottenburg. Another friendly conversation (thanks, Thomas!), and they suggested I could bring the bike in the following day. They generally service bikes within 24 hours, with seasonal adjustments depending on the time of year. They can usually process bikes within 24 hours. (Note: The last sentence about Trek is a separate, unrelated comment and should be omitted.) And incredibly, finally, experts who understand their craft, advise customers, share their knowledge, and find a clear solution! I received excellent advice, a written quote, and got the bike back for my son within 24 hours! Finally, the quality I envisioned from day one and expected at this price! Current pandemic situation is not a excuse to have such unprofessional poor customer service. You call in the morning inquiring what is needed to receive information about buying a bike in the store, they said: Just a negative Corona test and a mask, fair enough. Then you go later the same day to the store and they just invent excuses about being alone in the store, can't attend you, when you bring the call early in the morning, they make even more excuses. Get your communications correct.
