I've been going to Two Fine Wheels Berlin for a while now and honestly couldn't be happier with them. When I wanted to buy my road bike, I felt overwhelmed as I didn't know where or how to start, but they patiently guided me through the whole beginner process. I did a bike fitting there and they gave me the best recommendations tailor to my body and needs. I ended up buying my bike at their place based on the results of the test over a year ago, and I couldn't be more satisfied with it. Since then, they’ve helped me set it up before races, including triathlon races, and adjusted my position to be more aero and comfortable. Every time I visit, they are friendly, professional, clearly knowing what they're doing, and genuinely caring. Highly recommended.

Women was nasty from the moment I opened my mouth. Down right rude couldn’t be paid to go there for any service or purchase. AVOID

Best experience I’ve had in a Berlin bike shop to date. Super friendly, fast and professional. My Colnago feels great again. They even took the time to grease up my wheel bearings :)

Had lapsed on getting my cross street (KTM) tuned up (had been 2 years), and brought it in for their inspection (89€). They let me know I needed new chain and brakes, repaired them, and also let me know about less urgent repairs to be done - and my bike was returned in 3 days looking (it was filthy from winter weather riding) and feeling like new! They also repaired rear derailleur on my son’s bike after it had been bent in a minor collision. Cannot say enough about how kind and professional the people in this shop are - they simply love working with bikes, and people who love their bikes! Thank you, and will be back…

Finally there is new player in the neighboorhood who do loves his Job and on top understands what service is about. They helped me pack up my bike so that I could send it internationally. The consultation and formost the bike fitting is something they can really help you with. On top if you need a new bike for the season he has some great ones.

I had a bike fitting done here and can highly recommend it. I was there for over two hours (the fitting was for two bikes) and I'm extremely satisfied. Fabian knows what he's doing and was very helpful. Plus, he's really nice. Thanks!
