Update in 2024: I still highly recommend this shop. The owner is always extremely helpful no matter what my bikes need, and takes time to show me how to take care of the bike. 2022: I highly recommend this shop! The staff are very friendly and skilled, and they also sell super legit Bamboo frame setups. They aren't a large shop but they can probably help you. You can text them on whatsapp at their number to ask if they're able to assist.

Update: After two years with our e-bikes, we're still incredibly happy! So we bought a second set: the Gravel from My Esel. Excellent craftsmanship, very lightweight (12 kg), and very good performance. Again, top marks for the service from Lucas. We bought two e-bikes from Urban Velo. Their service and communication are highly recommended. We're very satisfied with the e-bikes. A top-notch wooden bike. Thanks, Lucas, for the great advice! 😊

Super patient advice, opportunity to test ride, the owner is super nice 😄 and most importantly: great bikes: My Esel, Dolly Bike and AddBike. You don't need a lot of choices if the quality is right. We opted for a Dolly Bike. Highly recommended!
