I've had a few great experiences with Velo Local, and they’ve always been super helpful! Tony and Magdalena are quick to respond and really on top of things. They’ve sorted out a crankset replacement and fixed a few other issues with my bike, often faster than expected. The whole process has always been smooth, and they keep you updated along the way. I highly recommend them!

Very helpful and nice people. I went there for a relatively involved issue about hydraulic disc brakes and they solved it very quickly. They also answered my questions patiently. You can see that they care about your ride; it’s not like those big brand chain bikeshops.

When I refused to take a poorly assembled bike without a handover protocol they just put it outside of the shop. Plus they hid the scratch on a frame behind a protective sticker. So it’s important to film everything in this bike shop and remove all stickers. Lesson learnt the hard way.

This bike shop is highly qualified, friendly and passionate. Most of the staff speaks english. Their delivery time is very fast. I would recommend them over every major bike shop chain in Deutchland!

Professional, friendly and helpful. You can clearly see that Tony is an expert in what he does and he speaks perfect English too. Only downside is, it takes 3-4 weeks to get a full maintenance appointment, but it is worth the wait. I had given a cyclo cross bike for service, and the bike was ready in 4-5 days and the team did a great job on the bike. Highly recommended, will visit again for future maintenance.

Very fast service and perfect English (thank you!). I took my bike here with a new part which I didn't have the tools to fit myself. Tony said to come back in 2 days. I realized the day after I had left some light fittings on the bike, which I needed, so I went again to get them. Tony had already finished the work and I walked out with my fixed bike! It was good value for the time and tools required, and they gave me a used spacer that I needed for free. I will come back again.

Just took my road bike here for some basic service (needed to replace my rear derailleur) and I'm super happy with the result. Tony (the owner) is really nice, speaks good English, provides great customer service, and most importantly, did a nice job fixing and tuning up my bike at a very reasonable price. I'll definitely be returning here for all my bike repair and service needs. Highly recommended if you need any bike repair or maintenance.
