Fantastic bike shop and bike rental experience. The guys there are really helpful and make sure you have a good experience. The bike rental prices are quite good for the quality. I especially recommend the Kona Libre. They also make a quality espresso. Good ambiance with rock music, but not overwhelming. If I was in Berlin long-term I would certainly buy a bike from them.

I bought 3 bikes there over the last 3 years. Friendly, useful, very good at solving problem, they are just very competent. It is also very pleasant not to talk to a salesman when entering a shop. I found there bike selections are really good quality too.

A very good bike shop in Berlin, and one of the only Kona distributors in this region. The staff is very friendly, patient, and professional, and the service is down to earth, on eye-level, and honest. Very recommended.

I came here to buy a Kona Sutra bike. The staff was great, very helpful and answered all my questions. They even assisted me with an issue I had with the bike. Highly recommended place!

Cool employees who help you spontaneously. Very knowledgeable, faulty setting on the gearshift was fixed immediately free of charge. Otherwise, repairs after pre-booking via the booking system.

You ever have been in a bike shop and you’re not as pro as the people there or especially the workers and feel out of place? Yup me too! Guess what? They are pro but make you feel welcomed, important, at ease :) Lovely customer service and you can feel they make a natural effort that you understand what you’re buying. I needed a quick adjustment after I bought it. They explained to me what was wrong and why (great to have an explanation). Then returned to me the bike the same day with my new baby riding smooooooth. Highly recommend for all customers, pro or not, old or young. 🤘🏾

I would give them 100 stars if I could! Honestly the best customer service experience I’ve had in Berlin. The bikes are fantastic, the staff is highly capable and clearly love what they do. I recommend this place to anyone and everyone. Kona bikes (the main line they carry) are also just so good. I bought my Kona sutra last year and she’s a dream to ride. You can also rent bikes from here, so when you have visitors they’re not stuck riding something slow and terrible. I’m so happy I discovered this gem!

AAA+++!!! Norman is super friendly guy. Order & communication was super smooth & easy. Kona Rove DL 2022, 58 size. Not even pre-order, but just was in stock. And it's not yet 2022. :) (Attaching my bike photo. It's not adjusted & tuned yet properly, but feels super great!)

Great friendly bike shop I came at Saturday afternoon, they fix me a nice kona cx gravel bikes, perfect for the Muddy flat fast trails and forest around Berlin Also Connect me with a local riding club name Cxb, Cycling in Berlin Who let me join their 88 km gravel fast sunday ride Was perfect weekend outside Berlin on this bike Thanks for the opportunity to enjoy the perfect weather, and go outside of the crowded city to the lovely nature. Gary fisher said once that "everyone who is riding a 🚲 bike is a friend of mine". It should be the bike shop motto.. Sorry for returning the bike muddy Next time ill clean, or ride at the rain Thanks 🚲🙃
