I easily booked an appointment online. I dropped off my embarrassingly beat-up bike with a broken bottom bracket, and it was ready by evening. The bike looks and rides like new. I highly recommend them and can only agree with all the positive reviews.

Five stars only, because that's the maximum. I dropped off my embarrassingly beat-up bike (mainly the gearbox) for repair, picked it up yesterday – it rides better than when it was new. Top-notch service and communication, very friendly and transparent advice. I even got some great tips at the end. I'll definitely be back! Thanks.

Cool shop, cool bikes, and very friendly and competent mechanics. The guys at Velobande are really helpful with all questions and challenges. Whether it's an old city bike or a modern gravel bike, all types of bikes are welcome and will be repaired. If you need an appointment quickly, you can easily book it online via their website. In short, it was a very pleasant experience. When I visited other stores, I had to wait for more than a week in most cases, but here, luckily, Termin was available the next day! Perhaps because it opened recently, it is not well known to many people. I visited three stores and was told that the service fee would be around 25 to 30 euros, but this was the cheapest. In particular, an engineer had no problems communicating in English and was very friendly. He said he would call me when it was completed in 3-4 hours, but I said I preferred email. The email arrived earlier than expected! I happily went to pick it up and received mango ice cream! It was a cool and pleasant experience in hot weather :) Highly recommended!!!

Tried to visit the shop to get my bike repaired. Instead of helping me, they told me I needed to book an appointment online. I tried to use the online service but it didn’t work properly. Staff not very helpful. I would recommend going somewhere else.
