I'm satisfied with the bike itself. It suits me and is exactly what I was looking for. Shipping was fine, the bike was well-packaged, and it took 7 days to arrive. The bike had the defects listed, EXCEPT: the tires were completely worn out! Worn down to the inner cords. I immediately ordered new ones and had to install them before the first test ride. This should have been mentioned among the listed defects! Furthermore, the cover plug for the integrated seatpost bolt is missing. This leaves an open hole in the frame, allowing water to enter during cleaning and in the rain, which could lead to damage (including to the bottom bracket) in the long run. This should have been included before the bike was sold. The bike is effectively incomplete because an original part is missing. If you're going to skimp on a plug (costing €12 🤦‍♀️) when the purchase price is over €1,500, you should at least mention that it's missing. When I inquired, I was brushed off with a "well, it's missing..." attitude. I'd rather pay €100 more and get a complete, ready-to-ride bike than have to research, order, and then do the work myself. Communication, both before and after the purchase, was too brief and lacked customer focus. Requests for callbacks were ignored, and communication was exclusively via email, which made things complicated. I wouldn't buy another bike from Velobird. While I support the refurbished concept, there are more competent providers with the same approach.

Wow... what a fantastic bike! I bought it online. It's even nicer than in the photos. The price is excellent. The bike was extremely well packaged. I highly recommend this company. I'm very happy. Thanks to Velobird. It's great that there are still such reputable companies.

Very, very straightforward purchase of my Bianchi. A shipping box with packing materials was sent along with a return shipping label. The agreed price was transferred the day after the bike was checked. Everything was perfect! Truly uncomplicated and professional contact with Velobird. Great idea, keep it up! 👍

The purchase of my bicycle went very smoothly and was very friendly. I received a fair price and am very satisfied. The company is located in a very unique café. It's a bit hidden away, but the Velobird employee was there immediately after I asked the café staff. Thank you!
