I had the best experience at Velocelli shop. The owner was super helpful and kind. He has a great knowledge of road bikes and was able to identify the issue with noise my bike was making, although no one else in other shop was able to. He even took my bike for a ride quickly to make sure he understands what the problem is. I can really recommend this place!

I took my bike there recently and I had an overall very good experience. The guy who assisted me (not sure if he's the owner) was very nice and he also spoke to me in English. I took my bike back on the same day which was a huge plus. I'd definitely go back

Wow! I thought my bike was riding well after I upgraded it myself, but I was wrong. After some issues started to creep in, I brought it here, and the difference is night and day. They took my handiwork and perfected it. My bike has never felt this good—it's incredibly polished and rides better than I ever imagined it could. It's like a factory-tuned race bike now. On top of the amazing service, they gave me great advice for the future. Can't recommend them enough!

I bought an absolutely stunning frame and had it built here by Marcell, the owner of VELOCELLI, into a complete road bike. The staff took the time to help choose the right parts that would fit my size, and when it came to the end result, it turned out leagues better than I had expected! In summary: local, friendly, supportive, and fair. I will definitely come back as soon as the next project arises! :) Thanks so much again.

Just picked up my bike after only taking it in a couple of days ago in the evening. The price I was initially quoted was already impressive for what needed doing, but it ended up being even cheaper. Dennis was very kind to me and spoke English which I appreciated, very happy with my bike running smoothly again so quickly Thank-you!

I've had really good experiences here. The staff are friendly, attentive and overall there's good vibes. My bike repairs are always good quality with fair pricing and usually done quite quickly.
