Absolutely amazing service! I brought my bike in for repairs and was under a bit of time pressure, they were incredibly friendly, fast, and everything was done right on time. Super grateful for their help and professionalism. Too bad I'm leaving Berlin, otherwise this would definitely be my go-to bike shop!

Ultra nice ppl. I had a great experience at Velogetz. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I had a stuck nut on the hub of an e-bike, and they quickly helped me loosen it. When I asked how much the service would cost, they kindly said they wouldn’t charge me.

very happy with the service provided here - everyone from the staff was friendly and eager to help, and the repair only took a few days. my bike is fast as a bullet again, and for a reasonable price. big big recommendation!

Hey Hey! Got my new Cervelo Caledonia built by Kevin, Florian and Matthias in less than a week. Ok, that was a bit pricey, but hey, a week! Guys are super-pros, helped me out with some small details, got some missing parts super fast. I'm getting my wife's bike there right now. Super best!

I was searching for Aero bike, but  I couldn't find  one in any shop at my budget  level. Then I found velogetz:  I came to the shop and could  build my  personal bike piece by piece. Even changes after the order were possible. The whole team is friendly and competent. The service and the adjustment after my pick up were supportive and fast implemented. I recommend this bike shop 💯%

Wow, these people love bikes. They are truly professional and take great pride in what they do for you as a customer. Two perfectly fitting carbon racing bikes for identical twins. We are very happy :)

VeloGetz is honestly the best bikeshop I've ever been. Everybody there is very helpful and friendly. I had some issues with my bikes (see pictures) and they helped me to find the error pretty quick. Mostly I fixed it then myself because I like working on Bikes. What I really like about this place is they only replace parts when they have to be replaced and always charge a fair price for their work. Most Bikes just need a few adjustments, cleaning and oil. Note: They can help with every bike, not only vintage. ;) Just give it a shot and you will see yourself. :D

I wanted to built something special - a friend of mine recommended me to go here. After a great appointment where we sorted out my project, the employees treated me very well and took their time to help me, we arranged a price including a full bikefit. The bike was built very fast and everything was perfect and as I expected it to be - a great shop with high experience and knowledge. They can customize everything with you, they sell nice steel and carbonbikes - thank you guys, see you on the road!

My project certainly wasn’t the most straight forward this shop has ever done - I didn’t really know what exactly I was looking for and was being picky at the same time. Kevin and his team were very patient and took their time to find the perfect frame for me as well as figuring out ways to add features that technically weren’t possible with this Vintage bike. These guys know how to do there job, have great customer service, and also superb sense of humor. I love my bike and coming here - thank you!
