I see Velogut has 85 times perfect score and I am not surprised! I bought my beloved Bullit over a month ago and the whole experience has been excellent, very experienced and honest staff, super professional and helpful. I strongly recommend anyone to buy at Velogut Ps: 90kgs on my he Bullit, no problem this bike is a beast!

Super nice experience! We rented a bike as we needed to transport our dog. Super nice team, great service and easy handling! The price is super fair and we had a great time with this Cargo Bike - Doggie liked it too! Thanks again!

Mixed experience. I reserved and payed for the bike via list and ride website. Our cargo bike broke down during the rental period. We asked the shop the pick the bike up, but they refused and sent a mechanic, who very quickly put the chain back, but the bike broke down again 10 minutes after mechanic left. We had to park the bike and ask the shop the collect the bicycle this time themselves which they did. However we were not offered any apology, compensation or future discount whatsoever, as if nothing happened at all. Moreover the staff was actually upset at us about how the bike was parked (there were not many options to leave the bike in the place where it broke). Also was surprised at how none of emails I sent during this situation was ever acknowledged.

I have rented an E-cargobike last week at Velogut. What a pleasant experience. They let you make a testdrive with the bike and really help you to find the best bike for your needs. Next time when I’m in Berlin I will surely rent here again.
