The shop told me 1 - 1/2 weeks for a repair. After two weeks no contact. After four weeks I went to the shop itself and they still hadn’t done the work. I then had to collect the bike myself, complete waste of time

The guys at the shop were amazing!! I rented a bike for 10 days and my local friend brought the bike to be repaired. Fast and good service with Christan. Cash only. I will definitely come back when I visit Berlin again.

Took two bikes in to get serviced, my brakes weren’t even tightened, I noticed that my other bike’s tires were cracked and needed to be replaced only after the service and they didn’t even notice/ mention it when I went to pick them up. Not sure what I even paid for as I don’t think they did anything at all. They were also rude on top of that

The bikes were the worst bikes I’ve ever ridden in my life. No working lights on then, parts rattling around - the mud guard wasn’t fixed to the bike, so imagine the pain going over the cobblestones-, the seat a nightmare- my backside was so sore, and the worst was it was soooo slow!! Almost impossible to go faster than maybe 15km/hour unless going down a hill, huffing and puffing to make the thing go forward. When I returned the bike, my body felt a sigh of relief to be rid of that vehicle. Yes I only paid 8 euros per day but I think that’s more than what it’s worth honestly. Guys who work there are bike mechanics, unclear why they can’t be bothered to fix them. If you are on a budget- this is an option but you won’t be happy in the end.

Luis & co are professional and fun! Got a bike tune-up in the middle of summer bike booking chaos in just a half of a day. Luis called before changing the tire that would add extra cost to confirm, and everybody made me laugh with their charm. The price was extremely social and my bike basically rode itself home on the way back from the pro tune-up. thx velothek!

I was looking for the perfect bike for me quite some time and couldn’t find the right one until I bought one at Velothek! I felt understood by the owner and felt very welcome by these cool guys working there! If you want “local expertise at its best” and in general a great service come here! These people know what they are doing & talking about +plus help you were they can. I’m very happy that I found a bicycle shop I can trust since I live in Neukölln! Thx

I went to repair my bike and can stress enough how nice and honest was the man. Im really used to get "scammed" in Berlin in most of the bike stores but not here. The price was good, the man was super nice and also speaks spanish ! I strongly recommend this place, it became with place where I go every time I have an issue with my bike.

Absolutly unprofessional! I asked three weeks ago for three bikes for kids, I also confirmed my demand the day before and the morning before picking-up the bikes, the boss told me that everything is OK. But when I came at the store, the guy told that there are actualy NO bikes for kids, showing me bikes for adults... A shame! One our later, he gave me a call to propose me.... cargo-bikes! I definitly do not recommend.

Very nice bike shop. The guys are friendly and fast. I gave mine in and they took a look, couldn't fix it in the end because a very special tool was required, but very nice of them to take a look so spontaneously and they sent me to the right place to get it taken care of.
