Rad der Stadt spent 5 seconds looking at my bike and told me it was totally spoilt and couldn’t be fixed unless I was willing to pay to replace my entire gear system and rear tire. This turned out to be false, as I went to another bike shop down the road (Spurtreu). They spent some time examining my bike and were able to fix the problem easily with almost no cost. So, if you end up at Rad der Stadt, I recommend going somewhere else instead!

Brought 3 bikes for my children here. Staff seem helpful and accommodating. Haven't had to get anything serviced there but for the actual bikes they offer there's nothing to complain about.

Very bad bad service. Its like the girl there do not want working. She is very unkind. I bougth a tube and was with a hole of fabric and they said that i did it. And of course not. I know how i put a tube,and sice the set up come nothing air into the tube.

I have brought my bike here a number of times and always had a good experience, friendly helpful staff, and seem always very honest about price, never ripped me off! Good English too for those of us still learning German! Would definitely recommend. Thanks guys !

Very good experience here. The staff member who helped me was courteous and attentive. He answered my questions, helped me select what I needed by providing useful information, put air in my tires and attached my new lock to the bike. Additionally he explained that I did not need a more expensive fix. This shop has gained a loyal customer thanks to their good selection and kind service.

Great friendly service for a good price, made my day :) My bike needed the bi-annual servicing and got the brakes replaced and everything checked with a lot of attention (I even got a list of things that " I might want to fix/ change in near future, not crucial right now") Recommended!

I dropped my bike to fix bended wheels. Was charged 48 Euros for this operation. When I collected the bike, I noticed that both wheels are still slightly bended (much better than before, but still bended). I was told that it is because the problem in wheel itself, but not the spokes. So basically I payed almost 50 Euro for not done job. This place is scam!
