I had a guarantee case regarding my Specialized Tarmac. I contacted the WingWheels service center by email. Team responded friendly and quickly. 3 days later we already got a positive guarantee resolution from Specialized. My case was quite complicated. But everything was organised by the team from start to finish, including delivery of new parts and repair. They managed to squeeze me into the schedule and get all the work done before my important races. You can trust the workshop. They will get you covered!

Got a flat tire and the shop was close by. Managed to get a new tube and replace it on my own in front of the shop. The guys in the workshop were super helpful with inflating the tire with their compressor. They even tightened my cassette when they saw it wasn’t fully seated. These guys have a good attention to detail and they’re ausländer friendly.

You can google many choices till you arrive to somewhere like here, to checkout products from marks love premium stuff with fair price. Can't stop from pick-up my kick-stand & a small ring for my Vello Alfine 11. --- As all your review every seen: Great store, friendly & relaxing reception, competent & fast workers.

Great service. I came in the morning and my bike was ready after less than 2 hours. In the meantime they call me with recommendations for fixing other parts of my bike. They informed me about cost and it was the exact cost of repair. They speak English and German.
