One of the best bike shops in Berlin. The staffs are so helpful and knowledgeable about bikes and they have really amazing bikes and accessories.

The worst not only bike shop but shop in Berlin. After saying that my bike would arrive in 2 weeks, after 6 weeks there’s literally no news about the bike. When I went to question this I’ve received the answer (in the rudest possible way) I just have to wait but nothing else. This is not the only issue. Matthias the manager of the shop thinks that 1900€ bike is not worth enough to call the store or me to inform. I strongly recommend against doing any business in this store.

One of the nicest shop owners located at pberg. I had some issues with my bike and although the repair shop has since be relocated, the owners tried to find me the right tools and help me get on my way. They valued helping a fellow cyclist over making money and I can tell the people are genuine. Would definitely hit these guys up for your new bike / accessories. Thanks again for helping

Great service and very friendly staff. I had a small missing piece from the helmet that they replaced for free and were super resourceful at it. Really great service... the 4 star as review was a miss-click ;) clearly 5* !

Went to their chausseestr location. They really helped me out in an emergency eventhough they weren't taking bikes when I got there (between 14:00 & 15:00). They quicky replaced my tube and did basic maintenance on brakes and chain. Affordable price in this location:) Thanks again!

I sent my Specialized Epic Evo for front suspension warranty service at end January. Markus took care about communication with Specialized and RockShox and shop team put my MTB back on track. Great service!

I can definitely recommend the service of Wingwheels. We bought our Urban Arrow carrier bike here 4 years ago. We did our regular check ups at their bike repair shop and today I bought another bike here. Of course the prices for these kind of bikes are high, but the quality you get (we do everything with our carrier bike) combined with the professional and kind service I can recommend.

Ordering from abroad through the website seems not their core business, but after a call with a very kind person we got it to work. Couple days later I received my order. Beautiful product. Great service. Kind people.

Very friendly and helpful staff! Top rated e-cargo bikes! They helped us fit a helmet for our 21 month old daughter which was no easy task! She loves it so much we can’t get it off her!

I have been to 10 different eBike stores around Berlin and this is by far the very best in town!!! Amazing customer service - every team member gives you his full attention and takes his time to consult you to the maximum (focused listening and questioning in order to make sure that you really get what you want & need)! Everyone is super friendly and it was always a pleasure to deal with the staff; what a fantastic team :-) Besides they have some of the best bikes with cool & chic designs and specialised firms that you will not get anywhere...personalised and invidualised products & service all around!!! Thanks a million for everything :-) :-) :-)
