Worst experience ever staff is not rude but their service is very bad. I spent 3 hours in snow they don’t even let anyone to stand inside. I’m using Zoomo e-bike from last maximum 2 years. I never experienced this worst service from the store.

Today I have return my cycle, the service was totally very good. The things I have to say that,,,,the person in the reception he is the best person specially his behaviour is much beautiful 😍. I wish him very best for the future and also best wishes for his business.

Service is fair enough but the staff there is a long beard man doesn't even know how to talk with customers....... Behaviour was soo unprofessional I went there for my bike service due to overload they didn't accept my bike which I understand but I had a query I asked that guy and he answered oh I am not here to entertain I mean bro we are also working I am also not here get entertained bro I have work as well.. that was soo inappropriate.

Very bad service. I spent hours trying to spend assistance in the store, multiple employees were talking and chilling without even batting an eye to the customer, when I finally managed to flag down an employee (wearing glasses) his demeanor was entirely dismissive and impatient. I am actually shocked to see the amount of good reviews about the service, but reading that carefully seems like that are just made up by the employees to cover up the bad reviews

My experience at zoomo is really awesome. Every time i come here to get my bike serviced or repaired it is usually done in under 24 hours . I would recommend it to everyone .

I came to store for repair without knowing that my battery was broken, The staff immediately checked and informed me about that. I paid the penalty and replaced the battery because it’s dangerous to use the damaged battery. I urge everyone to check your batteries and if it is broken, please visit the store.
