I had a great experience here! The staff were very friendly and took the time to help me find a bike that really suited my needs. They also advised me on proper locks and accessories, which was super helpful. I really appreciated that they were happy to assist me in English, which made everything much easier. Highly recommended!

Had a great experience buying my very first gravel bike! Before choosing my bike I got to test out multiple options until I finally made my decision. This is when I approached Nina and everything was amazing from there on! She literally took me by the hand through the entire store and helped me get every small accessory that I needed for the bike: pedals, bottle holders, bottles, a repairs kit… She always showed me the range of options, talked to me about her experience and set up and also recommended what extra accessories I could potentially get later. She even helped me install all my accessories when I picked up the bike the next day so that I left and could immediately start riding! I felt in such good hands throughout and super confident that I was leaving there with a great set up. Thank you so much Nina for helping me begin my gravel adventure! :) For context: I went on a Wednesday during the day and the store was relatively empty which is why we also had so much time to test bikes and walk around. I imagine this is different on the weekend.

Just went shopping here and had a wonderful experience found some amazing mountain biking gears that we normally don’t get in the US. Highly recommend the shop. If you have a chance, ask for Betty Schipanski, 118, she was super helpful.

Poor service. Once I bought my bike there was one employee to serve six people waiting for to pick up their bikes. And I can see 4-5 other colleagues standing around chatting. Poor management meant almost 2 hours wait.

The shop is like a mall for all your bike parts and needs, great place to get the parts you want. They also sell bikes and have a wide variety to try from. However if you are coming to use their bike service point, better except to pay loads of money as they charge a lot more than other service points.

First of all, the selection is massive. From scooters, to the bikes, this place has all the sizes, designs, and price ranges which accommodates everyone. There's an area for trying the bikes out without the need for an ID, so one can try it out practically. They have all the manner of brands of locks, handles, every thing that has to do with a bike. Negatives are the staff can be hasty, when i asked if one of them spoke English, he simply said no and walked away. If I hadn't switched to German, I wouldn't have gotten any help. Also, when we were in a rush the members tricked us into getting a more expensive helmet, by saying it's not safe enough. However, it does take 1 hour to install anything, so make sure to leave time for that. Overall its like the Costco of bikes. DEFINITELY COME HERE IF YOU ARE GOING TO BUY A BIKE.
