Last night I had a terrible experience at this store. Initially I wanted to buy a new bike, after testing a few of them I approached one of the desks to inquire about the purchasing possibilities. The employee asked for my details, printed out an invoice and demanded that I had to sign it. I told him that I was going to consider my purchase and would come back tomorrow to finalise it. Regardless of that he was demanding that I had to sign the invoice. He repeated that several times. I told him that I was not going to sign anything, and he got very annoyed and said the bike might not be there tomorrow. The availability of the bike is a risk I am willing to take. But this extortionist practice from the employee was a very very horrible experience. Thankfully I didn’t sign anything. And clearly, did not feel comfortable to go back there the next day to finalise my purchase after such aggressive selling strategy. Please train your staff appropriately. Buying a bicycle should be a good experience, not an attack. I’m happy to share a screenshot of the invoice with the store management.

What a shame. I went there on 29.11. to buy some new cycling shoes. As I wasn't sure of the exact size I decided to go in person rather than order online. What a mistake - there were two ladies at the "clothing" section that were simply chatting and when I asked for help finding the right size I was told "I needed to figure it out myself". Frankly this customer service deserves zero stars. If these ladies are not there to help customers I suggest you just add self check outs and save yourself the staff cost of having them on the shop floor. On the other hand, when I went to the spare parts section to buy some cleats to add on my shoes, the mister there was not only helpful but guided me within 3 minutes to the right pair, he was also cordial and efficient. He deserves 5 stars, hence the mixed rating of 2 stars. Would not go back there - a shame really as I am a longtime stadler customer, but this is about to change.

The shop is giant and has a variety of selections as well as trial roads, which were so cool. But the staffs were just there chatting and not helpful at all. When we decided to buy one, we needed to roam with taking a "sample" bike back and forth cuz they didn't really guide us the purchase process. Moreover, we couldn't take it right away because they said a new bike will be ready, but it turned out the exact same bike was provided (it was a sale price so sure obviously). Then we visited the store again earlier than the pickup time and it wasn't possible to pick It up early, though that same bike was right in front of us. I mean, I'm happy with the bike and price, and serving only on time is totally acceptable. But there were some miscommunication with several staffs and the whole experience wasn't so nice.

Left a bike to get my suspension and dropper post fixed. No messages for 10 days. Stop by the shop twice since I received no SMS message. On the second try I am told that the dropper post is a warranty issue - a full 2 WEEKS later. I am charged for them to give me this information: 55 euros. Never going into that store again.

I recently visited this big bicycle Shop and was genuinely impressed by both their selection and service. They took the time to understand what I needed and offered solid advice without pushing the most expensive options. I was able to test ride a few models before making my decision, which made the experience even better. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a one-stop-shop for bikes and parts.

With some basic german I had managed to get all the info and advice needed. I was able to upgrade my bike with no problems. Thanks a lot for helping me start this hobby: DIY cycle maintenance. If I can do it, you can too. Just buy a good toolkit

This large and spotless bicycle store has everything you could possibly need for your bike. From repairs and maintenance to new gear, bags, wheels, and more, they have it all. The staff is friendly and helpful, though sometimes new purchases take a little time to be ready. One of the coolest features is the indoor street where you can test out different products. Overall, it's a fantastic place for any cycling enthusiast!

If i can give it 0 i would, the absolute worst repair service i have ever come across. But i will leave 1 star for the salesperson, at least he was helpful. The repair department was so unfriendly. My bike was vandalised 1 week after I bought the bike at Zweirad, I told them very clearly there are 3 broken parts that I need them to fix: 1) the bike chain was loose, 2) the black chain cover was broken, 3) the backwheel mudshield is bent. They said the chain is easy to fix but the other 2 bike parts are not in stock so I might have to wait. I waited 1 week and they said it’s fixed, I was super excited to pick up the bike, until I realised I am paying them 150euro to basically put the chain back on and “centralising the front & back wheels” (which I know for sure weren’t even broken to begin with). The mudshield was barely un-bent and cover cover is still broken. The extremely unfriendly receptionist told me I can either not take the bike back, or add another 100euro to get a new chain cover + mudshield, which btw the bike costed only 400euro, I can just buy a brand new one with this horrendous repair offer. I’ll file an official complain in german so you don’t need to reply me here Zweirad. :-)

A huge bicycle store where you can do test drives. There is a large selection of hundreds of bicycles as well as bikes accessories. It is very unlikely not finding what you need here. Prices are generally higher than other shops, but this is only because the quality of the products is, on average, higher (personal opinion). However, if you are lucky, you can get good discounts (even 50% of the full price. Personal experience here). Worth giving it a try in case you need a new bike or related accessories 👍🏻

It’s really big place, with thousands of different bikes, where you can test drive. Many offers for different types of bikes. Only one thing, when you buy the bike, we must wait extra 1 hour. To pick up the bike. I think, reason is they must bring new bikes from wear-house. Other than that all ok.
