I had a flat tire (rear wheel) today while out riding my Diamond Elan Super (not an e-bike this time). In desperation, I searched for a bike shop. Ebner's was the closest, just a 900-meter walk away. It was 12:30 pm, and he was supposed to close at 1 pm on Saturdays. But when I arrived with my bike, I was treated like a valued customer. He took his time and repaired it right there. He also did other work like cleaning the brake discs and re-oiling the chain. All for a very fair price; I even gave him an extra €10 for his effort and patience. I'll definitely have him repair our e-bikes soon. Cheers, Mat

Being able to help someone in despair—what a joy!<br><br>I'm also glad you noticed and mentioned the additional work. When removing and installing a wheel with a brake disc, it's a good idea to clean it with brake cleaner as a precaution. Lubricating a dry chain with good chain oil or wax should be standard practice for every mechanic.<br><br>Thank you so much!

I took my Canyon Grizl to Mr. Ebner because the gears needed adjusting. From start to finish, it was a fantastic experience: I was friendly and able to schedule an appointment over the phone, and once I arrived, he was very attentive to my bike's problems. After just four hours, I was able to pick up my bike perfectly adjusted. And all of this at a more than fair price. Compared to other temperamental bike shops, dealing with Mr. Ebner was a real pleasure. I'll definitely be back!

I first visited Mr. Ebner with my e-bike at the beginning of June. A month later, my son brought his bike in for repairs. I CAN WITH A CLEAR CONSCIENCE RECOMMEND THIS REPAIR CENTER UNDER THE DIRECTION OF MR. EBNER TO ALL CUSTOMERS!!! Mr. Ebner is professional, reliable, very competent, and friendly. He does high-quality work quickly!!! His prices are also really reasonable!!! THIS IS THE BEST REPAIR CENTER IN THE WORLD!!!!!!!

Nice mechanic but opening hours are misleading. it says the shop is open when it is not, and he's working somewhere else. I've been there 4 times and found him only once.

Hi Frank, thank you so much for the five stars. 🙏 As stated on my company sign, I adhere to the opening hours at my workshop at Hatzenporter Weg 42 (Tuesdays 9-18, Saturdays 9-13) and with my mobile workshop at the markets at the Tierparkcenter (9-17) and in Karlshorst (9-17). It's a shame that you apparently wanted to come to me outside of those opening hours.

Yesterday, Aloys successfully replaced the broken spoke on the rear wheel of my cargo bike. Since it was on the brake disc side, the disc had to be removed. But that was no problem for Aloys, and I'm very happy with his professional work. His calm demeanor ensures that even in unexpected situations, he always acts thoughtfully. Many thanks, and I highly recommend him.

This guy is amazing, he fixed my bike for a very reasonable price and even took care of little stuff that didn't actually we're necessary. I am for sure going to him if I ever need my bike to get fixed again. Awesome work you do Mr Ebner! Congrats!

Super service. They found issues I hadn't noticed and walked me through everything before starting. They seem very competent and didn't blink at the non-standard components. I think I found my new LBS (Local Bike Store).

I am very happy with his service- did better than I expected, was very friendly and charged very good rate- actually lower than I anticipated. He is also English-language friendly. I will definitely go there again, even if it is to say hi😙
