I have my AvoCargo e-cargo bike serviced annually by Business auf Rädern, approximately every 2,500 km. The team knows the bikes well, has all spare parts in stock at very reasonable prices, comes to the customer, and carries out the repairs and maintenance flawlessly. The bike is like new afterward. They do a fantastic job.

I've owned a Stromer bike since 2018, and since 2022 I've had it serviced by this specialist company and I'm very satisfied. I'm not an easy customer, but I can highly recommend this workshop. So far, all appointments have been kept, all repairs and maintenance have been carried out satisfactorily without long waiting times, and they've provided immediate assistance with loading and unloading. The price-performance ratio is excellent! I'm looking forward to my next service appointment.
