I haven't been treated so unfriendly as a customer in a long time, even if it was just a seat clamp for 6.90 euros. I always believed that the older generation in particular still understood a thing or two about good sound, but I was probably mistaken.

I needed an adult tricycle. Trying out different bike shops didn't get me anywhere. It was only here that I received the right advice. Because of my height (162 cm), I had some issues. The owner took all my needs into account and found the perfect bike. After a few adjustments, I was mobile again. Thank you so much!

I ordered a new bicycle for my daughter. Unfortunately, it arrived in pieces, and Radhaus Hönow was a lifesaver. From initial contact to assembly and pickup, it all took just one day. Simply top-notch service. I'd gladly order from them again.

I had a wonderful experience at Radhaus Hönow, one that my family and I will remember fondly. I wanted to buy a bicycle including a child seat, helmet, and bike lock. We received excellent, honest, and pressure-free advice and are very happy with our bike. Before visiting, I had read the following sentence on the Radhaus Hönow website: "With our relatively small shop, we don't aim for mass sales and profit maximization, but rather offer a 'people-oriented' solution for almost all cycling-related problems." A sentence that sounds like a fairy tale these days, yet every word is true. Thank you so much! There should be more small shops like this that prioritize people and their needs, not just money.

I dropped my bike off there a few weeks ago. They looked at it right away and identified the problem immediately. It took a little while to get it ready, but given how busy they were, I completely understand. Value for money: 12/10 I'll gladly come back and can recommend this shop to anyone who has a problem with their bike or is looking for a new one. I absolutely cannot understand the bad reviews here!

Great bike shop, with a friendly owner and mechanic. However, the rear tire they fitted was flat every time I tried to ride it. I had it fitted in December, and the first ride in January only got me as far as the corner of my house. I then had to load it into my car and take it back. He replaced it, commenting that the valves are often leaky from the factory. In February, they gave me a new tire as a goodwill gesture, but now (early March), the first time I used it in March, it already had less air than the front tire. I'll keep an eye on it.

I had a tricycle repaired. The spokes needed to be tightened – they were, but the wheels now have several "8"s. The chains needed to be tightened, but unfortunately, the gearshift was installed incorrectly. In the end, we had a lot of rework, which was supposed to be done by a professional. I'm not satisfied with the service.

I visited this shop to fix my Focus bike gear and derailleur. Herr Michael helped me fix my bike at a very reasonable cost. The service was very quick and professional and he speaks a little English too. I am definitely happy with their services and I would highly recommend this shop.

Small but perfectly formed. Even though I didn't end up buying anything, I received excellent advice from them, delivered with genuine enthusiasm and passion. The service was incredibly friendly and competent, something you simply don't find in the big stores. The recommendations from my family, who frequently have their repairs and maintenance done there, have proven to be spot on. A truly wonderful family business.
