Let's start with the summary. The owner is obviously unaware that by setting up the parcel depots, he has entered into a contractual obligation for no fewer than three service providers (UPS, GLS, and DPD). And that he, as the contractual partner of the service providers, is in the spotlight... and only he and no one else, not even the rather friendly man who lives in the shop as a subtenant and occasionally has to serve as a lightning rod (like today, sorry about that!). And because the owner is obviously as friendly as he is reliable, he also manages to get these amazing reviews here on Google! And please be assured, these are not understatements! Everything you can read here about unfriendliness, junk rooms, and one's own perception of time is true! In fact, I've had to pick up a parcel there five times. The subtenant kindly gave it to me once (thanks for that), once I just caught him leaving his shop early (his comment: "Well, one should be allowed to do something private sometimes!"... Friday, 3:00 p.m., accompanied by a young lady... yeah, right!), and I've been there a whopping three times now to no avail! This owner, like his shop, is an absolute "no-go." If anyone knows how to have this location blocked for a mandatory redirection (if you're not at home) (he actually refused to accept packages from DPD because they were too large for him), please leave a reply below - thank you! And Mr. Wuthe, or whatever your name is, save your reply in case you're itching to... and should lightning strike you while... well, you know!

That's quite a nice text from you, almost bordering on insulting. It's nice that you tell us which delivery services you use, but you forgot Hermes ;-)<br><br>Unfriendly is always in the eye of the beholder ;-) you could simply be home when you're expecting packages, then there wouldn't be any problems ;-)<br>You apparently have no personal matters to attend to, then you're very lucky indeed.<br><br>And as for the refusal, you can hardly judge; there must be reasons for it…<br><br>Have a nice evening.

We only go to this store because we have to, for example, to pick up a package. Otherwise, it's just dingy and messy. Furthermore, the owner, who offers a parcel service, is not customer-oriented and extremely unfriendly. Today, Tuesday, we wanted to pick up a time-sensitive package and arrived at 4:50 p.m. to find the door locked, even though their website states the following under "Contact": Monday 10 a.m. - 5 p.m. Tuesday-Friday 10 a.m. - 6 p.m. Saturday 9 a.m. - 1 p.m. This is very frustrating, as it wasn't the first time this had happened, and others have reported similar experiences in their reviews. We will definitely be filing another complaint with UPS. Thanks for nothing!

Our opening hours are from 11 am to 5 pm, as it says on the door. ;-)<br><br>Saturdays from 10 am to 1 pm ;-)<br><br>The website you "visited" is outdated, and if you could read properly, you would have noticed that it's a completely different location. ;-)<br><br>But everyone's always so quick to complain, sadly.<br><br>We can only apologize for that.<br><br>

I picked up a UPS package and received a rather unfriendly welcome. Unfortunately, I had to wait about 15 minutes for a late employee, as only they can release the packages ready for pickup. The store itself is quite a mess and gives a rather dingy impression. This was my third and final visit, as I will avoid having my packages redirected to this store in the future.

I've bought several pairs of football boots from this shop myself and I'm very happy with them. The advice was good and the price was reasonable. The owner was very friendly and helpful. The shop is a bit small and not always tidy, but you can still find what you're looking for. I really enjoy going to this shop and can highly recommend it.

Wollte dort mein DPD Paket abgeben. Der Besitzer blaffte mich unfreundlich an, das er kein Platz für mein großes Paket hätte (30-40-60cm). Wie man sich das vorstellen würde, dass er sowas annehmen müsse... Usw.! Nach mehrmaligem bitten nahm er es dann doch an. Jedoch ohne Quittung oder Beleg. Ich könne das Paket ja fotografieren als Beweis. Der Laden glich mehr einer Rümpelkammer als einem Ladengeschäft. Nie wieder werde ich dort etwas versenden oder gar kaufen. Absolutes no go!

I was at the store at 5:20 PM to pick up my UPS package. I was told the store had been closed since 5:00 PM. However, signs on the store and online state that it's open until 6:00 PM. The store owner was uncooperative and was sitting with his young daughter on his phone. I didn't get my package, and they turned us away. A complaint will be filed with UPS. Not recommended.

Extremely unfriendly. I wanted to pick up my UPS package, and a woman behind me wanted to pick up a DPD package. The UPS, DPD, and Google websites all list opening hours as 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM, but the very unfriendly man simply said they were closed. I've filed a complaint with UPS. We were practically thrown out. The shop was messy, and the service was terrible and unfriendly. I hope I never have to go there again.

The store itself could use some tidying up – which says nothing about the selection, which may well be good. However, I only used this store as a UPS drop-off point, where an easygoing guy served me. Good parking facilities.

The opening hours seem to vary at will. They certainly don't match the ones listed here (or the ones posted on the front door). Someone who works normal hours probably only has the option of picking up their package here on weekends. Of course, that's only if they're even open then.
