I bought new ski boots at INTERSPORT GÜ in Windischleuba and I'm absolutely thrilled! The service was expert, friendly, and very patient – ​​they took plenty of time to find the perfect ski boots for my needs. They addressed fit, foot width, and skiing style individually. You can immediately tell that these are true winter sports professionals who know their craft. You're in better hands here than in most ski resorts, and you can't even try them out in the Alps... I feel incredibly comfortable in my new ski boots and I'm already looking forward to next season. Highly recommended.

We received some really good advice today, just before closing time. The salesperson was very patient and took an incredible amount of time to find the perfect ski boots for my daughter. The skis were even adjusted right away. We're extremely satisfied and will definitely be back!

I entered the store yesterday at noon. There were four employees and only a few customers. I wanted to spend my vacation money on hiking boots, trousers, and a jacket. I wasn't greeted, asked what I needed, or offered any assistance. After a while, I left the store and wasn't approached again. I've now ordered everything online.

The prices are absolutely outrageous! I checked the app beforehand to see if the products were in stock. Only after buying them at home did I discover that each product was at least €10 more expensive than the app price. It's much better to order through the app and have it delivered than to pay more! I won't be buying anything there again.

A huge compliment to the older employee in the sports shoe department. He spent a good half hour trying on several shoes, searching for them, and finding them. He even helped me find some great soles so my son could stand upright in the shoes. He was extremely satisfied. Thank you for that.

We wanted to redeem our vouchers today. Among them were €10 vouchers sent by GÜ Sport for their birthday. They couldn't redeem them because they were only valid for 30 days. Honestly, you'd better save yourself the trouble. It only causes frustration for customers. Up until now, we've always been completely satisfied with the sales and service. Only this time, the young salesperson was a bit snippy, or perhaps overwhelmed. Good staff are hard to find these days. It's a shame, really :-(
